LEGAL
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 October 2026
This policy explains how zevo handles personal data when you visit this website or contact us. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Who we are
The data controller is Zevo Digital OÜ, registry code 17586760, Põhja-Ailamäe, Rahula küla, Saku vald, Harju maakond, Estonia, trading as zevo. You can reach us at [email protected].
What this website collects
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking scripts, and it has no user accounts.
The enquiry form does not send anything to us. It prepares a draft in your own email app, and you decide whether to send it. Nothing you type in the form is stored or received by the website.
When you email us
If you email us, we receive your name, email address, and anything you choose to include, such as your company and what you would like to improve. We use this only to reply to you and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal or arrange a call.
Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)). We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting work, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
Technical data
Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages securely. The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google servers and shares your IP address with Google. See Google's privacy policy.
Client work
When we build follow-up or reactivation systems for a client, we may process that client's customer data on their behalf. In that case the client is the controller, we act as a processor, and the terms are set out in a separate data processing agreement with that client.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We only share it with service providers we need to run our business, such as our email provider, and only as far as necessary.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) at www.aki.ee, or to the supervisory authority in your own country.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
